The Auburn Police Department posted the video on its Twitter page on Monday. Police said on Tuesday, one person has been arrested in this incident.
In the footage, the man grabs the woman’s hand as she gives him what appears to be money. Police said the man “attempted to pull the victim through the window using a looped ziptie device.”
