Jennifer Brown, 43, was partially buried in Royersford, near Philadelphia, authorities said.
Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele told reporters.”I can’t tell you how many people have worked through this and helped,” Steele said. “We hoped and prayed that he would be safe, and he’s not.”
The prosecutor’s office said at the time.
“Friends and family haven’t heard from her since that day,” Steele said Wednesday. Describing Brown as a “devoted mother of an 8-year-old son.”
“By all accounts he would never have left her unattended and unsupervised,” he said.
Brown was preparing to open a restaurant and dealing with family and work pressures. Friend Antonio “Blair” Watts-Richardson told TTN Philadelphia last week.
Watts-Richardson told the station. That she saw her son the day he disappeared and had no idea what his plans were. She never heard from him again, the station reported.
