Russia To Achieve Ukraine Goals Thanks To “Patience”: Foreign Minister

Russia Ukraine war: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov reiterated Moscow’s position. That Kiev should recognize Russia’s annexation of four Ukrainian regions to resume talks.
