Former President Donald Trump author E. Gene hurled insults at Carroll. While dismissing his civil rape case, unsealed court filings show.

In that interview, Carroll said that Trump had “hurt” her and was “not sexual”. When Cooper said that most people think of rape as a violent attack. She responded, “Most people think of rape as sexy. Think fantasy.” He said he liked the word “war”.
Kaplan declined to comment on the deposition transcript.
“While it was completely unnecessary to unseal. A transcript before agreed upon by both parties. Our client has nothing to hide and looks forward to resolving this meritless case.” Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba said.
Earlier in the day, Kaplan praised the judge’s ruling that allowed. The case to proceed and said, “We look forward to trial in April.”
Habba said he was “disappointed” by the verdict. “We intend to immediately appeal the order. And advocate for our client’s protected rights,” he said.
