“Dirty Lies”: Delhi Women Panel’s Head Slams BJP’s ‘Fake Sting’ Charge

.Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) Chairperson Swati Maliwal, who on Thursday claimed. Of her car as she tried to escape, hit back at the Bharatiya Janata Party. “To those who think they will frighten me by telling dirty lies about me. I have done great things in this short life, with a shroud on my head. I have been attacked many times, but did not stop. Brutality, the fire inside me grew stronger. No one can silence my voice. I will continue to fight as long as I live!” she said.

The BJP on Friday questioned Ms Maliwal’s molestation claims, alleging that the person she accused was an AAP member and that his “drama” was part of a conspiracy that has now been “uncovered”.

Delhi BJP working president Virendra Sachdeva alleged that 47-year-old Harish Chandra Suryavanshi. Who is accused of harassing Ms Maliwal, is a prominent AAP activist from Sangam Vihar in south.

He said with the release of the photo and Suryavanshi’s background. “It has become clear that this incident was a conspiracy to defame Delhi internationally by portraying Delhi as an unsafe city for women”.

Appreciating the  Police for their swift action in arresting the accused, he called the incident a ‘fake sting’.

Lekhi attacked Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and asked how far he would go to defame and destroy Delhi, news agency PTI reported.
