Chrissy Teigen wants everyone upset about her new eyebrows to calm down.
The model and cookbook author, 35, who recently underwent eyebrow transplant surgery. Addressed the online backlash to the procedure on her Instagram Stories on Monday.
Teigen posted an image of a tabloid report about the backlash and an image of the tweet accusing. Her of being “out of touch” with people’s “real issues,” then responded to her critics with a message of her own.
“Why do people get so fussy about my little things?” she asked. “You’re going to give yourself a heart attack.”
Teigen revealed the results of the surgery last weekend on her Instagram stories. “I never wear makeup if I can avoid it so I was so excited for this eyebrow transplant surgery where they take hair from the back of your head!!!” He wrote in a picture.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond, who performed Teigen’s procedure, posted a photo of Teigen on his own page.
Diamond explains that many patients choose to have the surgery because they previously. Had “overgrown” brows, while others experience “thinning” brows as they age.
Teigen stopped by The Fourth Hour Today last month to discuss her new cookbook, “Cravings: All Together. With co-stars Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager.
During the trio’s chat, Teigen — who shares daughter Luna, 5, and son Miles, 3, with musician. Husband John Legend — opened up about celebrating 100 days of peace. Teigen revealed that in her early 20s, she never went more than a day or two without drinking.
“I’ve been struggling with it to be honest, for the last couple of years when I knew it was a problem,” he said.
“Even, like, doing interviews and doing things like I think I need a glass of wine,. And then it starts to get embarrassing like awards shows and stuff and everyone memes it and thinks you fell asleep or it’s something funny and cute. .”
